We meet at the Preview Restaurant to award Apprenticeship Prizes

The "JIMMY" trophy is presented to the very best final year apprentice.     Its a remarkable trophy named after Jim Kirkness who gave a lifetime of service, good humour and unquestionable integrity to the Central Coast.

We also present the "MILTY" to the best first year apprentice.     Named after Milton Fraser, a true gentleman and all round good fellow who is much missed.

The Preview Restaurant is located in the Ourimbah Campus of the University of Newcastle and is a training restaurant for those entering he food and wine service industry.
